Back in 1989 when this picture was taken, I liked to call CLNA Two Men & A Train, because the operation seemed so small. Track work and office work and running the route was the same guys the best I could see. They would travel to the spot that need work in the branch’s 1948 Baldwin S12m seen here behind them as they are bolting up siding track.
